Another dark Day I want to go outside but I can’t get the courage

I would like to get up and go outside and do something I guess normal but I cannot get my mind to agree with my body I am sitting here frustrated at myself because I have time to write but I cannot command myself to get up

There is a disconnect from my brain in my body they don’t listen to each other at all anymore
